Wednesday evening, Officers were dispatched to the Police Station Lobby for a report of found property. Cora Ilu reported her car's window was damaged. Sedalia Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Buckner Court for a report of property damage Thursday afternoon. The damage caused approximately $200 in damages. Patricia Taber stated that her estranged husband tampered with her vehicle at the Pettis County Courthouse, 415 South Ohio Avenue, while she was in court. Officers took a report of property damage Thursday morning in the lobby of the Police Department. Joshua Blankenship stated that sometime within the last month, someone attempted to break into their back door and caused damage to it. Thursday afternoon, Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of South Quincy Avenue in reference to a property damage report. This graffiti was also written on the back door in between Tuesday and Wednesday morning. A few minutes later, Clint Callahan reported graffiti on the back door of the Craft Beer Cellar, 700 South Ohio Avenue. The caller stated the graffiti was written on the back door some time between Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Upon arrival, Officers located the graffiti the caller had mentioned. Sedalia Police were called to the Lolly's Candy Shop, 702 South Ohio Avenue, Wednesday morning for a report of property damage. The estimated value of the items stolen as $2,530.00. Michael Warner stated all of his belongings were removed from a house after everyone was evicted, and the other tenants left. Wednesday morning, Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Wilkerson Street in reference to a burglary report.

Pinion was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released. Austin David Ray Pinion, 25, Homeless, was arrested for Careless and Imprudent Driving.
